UI should give the option to choose stream id for the asset rule

Currently to build an asset rule using the UI we need to use the stream name. In a lighthouse engagement we needed to use the stream id instead. The stream names were not as complete as the id and the streams were generated by the System Platform to ADH replication. There are big chances that this request will happen again in other customer engagements
