Create streams from an Asset

As a user I would like to create an Asset and then have that asset create the necessary streams with known stream types that follow a known naming pattern.

    Thanks for the idea, Derek. Would these streams be "placeholders" that you can later on connect with some data sources? I'm trying to understand the overall workflow and data flow here.
