Replicate AF Elements and Attributes in OCS

As a PI System Administrator, I need to make it easy for our users to find the data they are looking for in OCS. With potentially millions of streams, having context around that data is critical. We have already made the investment in PI AF and would like to take advantage of our existing context definitions in AF and apply them to the data in OCS. This will enable our users to quickly find what they are looking for using the context they are already familiar with. OSIsoft Product Management is looking for feedback from our customers about requirements for replicating existing AF Elements and Attributes into OSIsoft Cloud Services (OCS). We would like to better understand what information from PI AF you would, and would not want to replicate in OCS.

    PI to Data Hub 2.0.0.0 now supports the ability to replicate AF Elements, Attributes and PI Point references to AVEVA Data Hub. You can now select the data you wish to transfer either by searching for PI Points explicitly, or simply search your AF Database and add the elements you are interested in. Any PI Point references configured as part of those elements will be added to the transfer automatically. This functionality was released May 16, 2022. Please log into AVEVA Data Hub and download and install this latest version of PI to Data Hub to enable this feature.
