Additional Forecast line within the burnout forecast report based on previous month usage

Requesting on behalf of a customer who has a large global flex contract, they operate within the chemical industry and make regular company acquisitions + di-vestments. This causes fluctuations within the fixed monthly credit burn and the the current forecast method does accurately reflect the predicted credit consumption for end date. An additional line within the forecast burnout report that allows the forecast to be based solely on previous full month would be more accurate and suitable for this customer and others.
