Add default filters to Asset Explorer

At our organization, we really only care about assets when something is wrong. It would be nice to be able to configure default filter options (for example: Status = Bad, a specific Asset Type, etc) on a user-to-user basis so that one can quickly and easily specific subsets of assets without having to reset filters each time.
