Increased Editability of Virtual Table Fields

Currently, the only editable field in the Virtual Table settings is the Refresh Interval because modifying other fields render the table invalid, and require re-initialization or rebuilding.

Other fields like Retrieval Mode, Retrieval Interval, and any dates should be editable as re-initializing the tables can take a very long time.
