Provide synced times for Manual Refresh of with Scheduled Refresh of virtual tables with Interpolated Mode

When one does a manual refresh of a virtual table that is set for interpolated data, no cues are given of the offset \ start index. As a consequence, if the user picks a start time or end time that is inconsistent with scheduled refresh start index, the resulting interpolating values will be "out of sync". The manual refresh should "suggest" times consistent with the scheduled refreash.

For example, initial data from scheduled refresh:

12/01/25 00:01:00 75.3

12/01/25 00:02:00 85.3

12/01/25 00:03:00 75.9

If one does a manual refresh using start 12/01/25 00:01:35 and end 12/01/25 00:02:35, the data may end such as
12/01/25 00:01:00 75.3

12/01/25 00:01:35 79.1

12/01/25 00:02:00 85.3

12/01/25 00:02:35 80.2

12/01/25 00:03:00 75.9
