Ability to set a "Rolling forward" date and time interval for the Power BI Connector

When the Power BI Connector gets data every XX minutes (30 minutes for ExxonMobil) for a period of time (2 years) from CONNECT DataViews, it adds millions of data points every XX (30) minutes. As such, it needs to move the START time of the query forward every 30 minutes to always pull data for a 2-year time period.
