Bulk import of groups in User management and reporting options

To switch from Windows authentication to OpenID, there is a lot of preparation to be done.
To makie this easier, bulk creation of groups (cf. bulk import of users) would be very helpfull.

Next to that, we want the option to take reports on the actual users. This means taking an export of groups and all of its users, or taking an export of users and all of its groups.
