View any CONNECT displays, Dataviews and apps in local time zone

Ability to view any CONNECT displays (any data services screens, DataViews, Visualization, Analytics etc.) in local time zone. Select drop down with time zones when creating DataViews OR set time zone on login and use the machine login time zone as default with the ability to change it for DataViews used by connectors or third-party data egress.
