delay of model outputs

When a new recommendation is available from a model, the output property within AAA is updated but the associated stream in CONNECT receives the data with a delay. Furthermore, there is a delay between when the data would be pushed by CONNECT to PI. If an operator wants to use a PI Vision display to receive setpoint recommendations, this latency is not very practical. There must be discussion on how this entire workflow can be accelerated to have recommendations available from AAA back into PI much quicker.
