Deployment of OCS onto Amazon Web Services (AWS)

Deployment of OSIsoft Cloud Services into Amazon Web Services (AWS) rather than Microsoft Azure. Note that the hosting platform for OCS shouldn’t matter since the interface to our services are available via public REST APIs.
