    A Bulk Call for Last Values

    A customer asks for a way to retrieve the last values of a group of streams in a single call.

    Streaming API - for real time visualization

    As a OCS real-time-visualization-client I require a Streaming API so that I can avoid continuously polling the REST API. Similar to the WSS Chanels in PI WebAPI Or something like PI WebAPI Stream Updates could also work

    Expose REST API for PI to OCS configuration

    Provide a documented REST API for PI to OCS connection and data transfer configuration. This would enable scripting against these configurations, allowing users to update their data transfers automatically, and manage them in a customer-specific way.

    Search TAG parameter by name

    It is not intuitive how to easily search Asset and or Tag parameters by name in CDS.

    Want ability to get simple average across multiple streams in a data view

    With the data view currently I can get an average across the values in one stream by retrieving the calculated summary. I want to be able to get the average across multiple streams in the data view.

    Include static or slowly changing values for stored retrieval type

    Include latest KPI, minimum, maximum value in stored retrievals whereby the value may not have been updated in the requested time period and use the timestamp of the latest event.

    Support coding via portal API Console

    Customer may not be able to install/run IDE on their environment. Scenarios: delete streams query last value for a range of streams. customize asset rules create/customize asset types.

    PI Vision Extensibility - Sound on state change

    A functionality that currently exists in Processbook is to play a sound file using the VBA script (driven for example, buy a PI Point changing state). I would like to replicate this functionality in PI Vision

    OMF should accept the use of special characters like / : @ ! + % < > ( ) when writing to PI WebAPI OMF endpoint
