Send notifications when new steams are added to the community

As a client at the receiving end of community-shared streams, it would be helpful to receive automated notifications whenever new streams are shared, to improve discoverability and engagement.

Detect when a stream was added or removed from the community

Have the ability to see if new streams were added/removed from the community. The idea is to automate actions on the receiving end of the community by adding the new streams to any sort or analytic or visual once a stream is added.
